1. Services, Appointments, and Cancellation Policy

• Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information regarding their health, medical history, allergies, and skin conditions prior to any service.

• Booking Requirements: All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure the booking.

• Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• Tardiness Policy: We reserve the right to shorten or cancel appointments if a client is more than 15 minutes late, which may be treated as a Late Cancellation (50% charge).

2. Payments and Purchase Policy

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The service price will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation.

• Payment Due: Full payment for all services and products is due at the time of purchase or service completion.

Service Adjustments

• Adjustment Period: If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must contact us within 48 hours for potential adjustments, which will be performed within one week (7 days) at the discretion of the management, provided post-care instructions were followed.

Gift Certificates

• Terms: Gift certificates and prepaid service packages are non-refundable.
