Booking Policy

To reserve any service at Sexy Visage Makeup Artistry and Spa, a non-refundable deposit/retainer is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your dedicated appointment time and is applied directly toward the cost of your service. We also require a valid credit card on file to secure your reservation.

1. Standard Appointment Policy (All In-Studio Services)

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request that you provide us with advance notice for any changes or cancellations.

• Deposit/Retainer: The deposit or retainer paid at the time of booking is non-refundable for all appointments.

• Required Notice: Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice (No-Show) will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.

2. Special Event Booking Policy

Due to the extensive planning and time commitment required for special events (including large group bookings or on-location services), a stricter policy applies:

• Deposit: The booking retainer for all special event contracts is non-refundable.

• Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations for booked Special Events must be received at least 30 days prior to the reserved event date. Cancelling within 30 days will result in the client being charged the full remaining balance of the services contracted.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, but please communicate with us if you anticipate being late.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the full service. In this event, your appointment may be considered a Late Cancellation, and you will be charged 50% of the service price.

• If we can accommodate the service within a shortened time frame, you will still be responsible for the full original service price.
