A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED KIT IS EVERYTHING. AN ORGANIZED KIT ALLOWS US TO WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY, BUT A CLEAN AND DISINFECTED KIT HELPS TO KEEP YOU SAFE.

We begin to finalize wedding day details including time to be ready, photographer arrival times, and any final makeup and hair changes.

We will begin to prepare your final timeline, invoice and skin/hair prep and set up guide. You will also receive several helpful guides relevant to getting bridal ready

Let's Chat

If  an artist is available for your date, let's set up a call to get to know each other, talk a little bit about your vision for your wedding day, travel, timing, what to expect from me, what package would work best for you, along with any questions or concerns you may have.

Ideally, at this point we begin finalizing details to complete your contract and booking.

Don't worry, everything we discuss will be shared via email (on your client portal)so nothing slips through the cracks!

Previews aka Trials

Due to high demand, previews (also known as trials) are only offered to those who have already booked. Previews do not hold dates as booking is done on a first come first serve basis. This applies to MATTILYNNE ONLY!!

If you would like to do an in person preview, We recommend 1-3 months before your wedding. But we can discuss specifics when the time comes.

If you are unavailable or don’t wish to do a preview, we will have a virtual meeting where we fine tune any details for your look and your big day. On average, this happens about 1-3 months before your wedding.

You just sit, relax and look pretty. We got it from there! We become your personal hype woman it's time to enjoy your day. Allow me to provide you with the most special luxury experience with the dreamiest bridal glam!

FAQ

​Q. Will you bring your own products or will I be responsible for supplying them?

Yes. Weather you are getting spa services, going to a class or getting makeup done you do not have to bring your own products. We provide every thing that you will need.  However, If you have a favorite mascara, lipstick or lip gloss then by all means bring it. 

Q. What size party can you accommodate?

We can do up to 6 people comfortably provided we have enough time. It all depends on what time you have to be ready that day. If their are 8 ladies and you have to be ready at 10 in the morning then we will need to have an additional artist. ​​

Q. Will you let me know if another bride inquires about my date?

Brides are booked on a first come first served basis. The first to sign a contract and pay a retainer is booked. 

Q. Is Gratuity included or required?

We do not include gratuity on top of your final invoice, nor is it a requirement. However, if you so choose, you can absolutely tip your stylists on the day of the wedding. Cash is preferred and 15-20% is typical. Venmo is also accepted for gratuity only.

Q. ARE LASHES INLCUDED?

Lashes are included in your makeup application. Artist will supply lashes.

Q. Do you use airbrush makeup?

A. YES! We specialize in Airbrush makeup and swear by it. A lot of our  wedding makeup has been done using Airbrush because it lasts longer and feels amazingly light on the skin.  It has great coverage without feeling “heavy” on the skin. It does not “sweat off” or look cakey.​​

Q. Will you do a trial for my wedding?  

This  is entirely up to the client and is strongly recommended. By getting a trial run it gives  your Makeup Artist ample enough time to  meet, discuss, plan, and make your dream look come true. It’s like a practice session in preparation for a public appearance. After we create your makeup look that is timeless and elegant, we will discuss wedding day timelines. Our job is to make you feel at ease in every way.​

Q. How far in advance of my event should I contact you?

It is best to contact us as soon as possible. There are so many important vendors that you have to consider on your wedding day, with your photographer being one of the most important and most likely a large portion of your budget. You want to look at your photos and the timeless beauty of your day with memories that will last a lifetime.  ​

Q. What is required to book my wedding date?

A signed service contract & paid Retainer is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and paid retainer. The Retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is deducted from the total amount due. Our Retainer is 50% of the contracted total. An inquiry does not secure a date!

Q. Do you have a travel fee?

A Yes, We have flat rate fee for all weddings that is 10 miles-15 miles from our studio location. Our fee is $1.00 per mile. 

.Q. How far in advance do you book?
On average, We book brides 12-18 months out. We're currently booking all the way through 2023. The longer you wait, the quicker dates go. It is recommended to book all your preferred vendors in advanced to lock in your date. Makeup and hair should definitely be top priority!

Q. Can I choose the stylist that I work with?

Absolutely - and please do! The option to choose your Lead Stylist gives you the opportunity to work with the stylist you feel will be the best fit for your wedding. The Lead Stylist will work with the bride at both the preview appointment and on the wedding day. We do reserve the right to staff out the rest of the team for your wedding based on availability and final numbers, at our discretion.

Q. How long should we need for services?

We require a minimum of 4 hours to render all services on the wedding day. If your venue has time restrictions, or you would rather reduce the overall time for hair & makeup, an Additional Stylist Fee will apply. With this fee, we bring in another stylist, above what we already include, to accompany the Senior/Lead Stylist and other team member(s) (if applicable) for the purpose of reducing the overall time it takes for the team to render all services on the wedding day. This fee is $100 per contract.
